The Insight 360 Framework
Insight has drawn on these guiding principles to build the Insight 360 learning framework. Insight 360 is both the principle framework through which we teach managers to approach business and strategic communications problems and the foundation for our own case study and course development.

The Insight 360 framework encourages leaders to think through business problems and decision from the perspective of all the stakeholders affected by and involved in the decision. Leaders and managers learn to think through the strategic implications of different stakeholder incentives and the proper method and style for communicating decisions to different grou。
Through case studies drawn from our global network of clients and our partnership with Qinghua University, participants in our learning programs learn how the framework has been applied in similar business situations around China and the World. Insight also uses the Insight360 framework to develop customized case studies for each of our clients, giving participants an opportunity to apply insights and best practices to the key problems and decisions facing them in their daily work.
