The Program
Emerging Leader offers high-value, sustained, and varied learning experiences to students. The structure of the Strategic Communication and Innovative Organization seminars is identical. Both programs begins with a comprehensive evaluation process to determine client needs. They both include 5 days of live teaching and rich opportunities for online learning.
2 days of intensive seminars
An experienced, dynamic Insight facilitator leads small group discussions and activities to explore the core issues and challenges involved in successful communication or innovation. Class work is enriched with multi-media learning materials.
2 days of workshops
The facilitator encourages students to take the lead. Case-based discussions and highly pragmatic simulations mold managers into accomplished thinkers, speakers, and decision-makers.
1 day follow-up session
The facilitator helps students to retain essential skills and knowledge and leads students to the careful consideration of the communication or innovation challenges faced by their own organizations.
Online learning
Students receive six-month access to the complete 50 Lessons library of interviews with hundreds of global business leaders. Online discussion forums, weekly videos “pushed” to students’ email accounts, and viewing guides reinforce the lessons of the complete learning program.
