Each Fifty Lessons Plus online course is based on the lessons of real business leaders and contains the following features:
- 30 lessons from the world’s most experienced business leaders including newly filmed lessons from Chinese business leaders. Each course is divided into 6 easy-to-follow sections that build business skills through a systematic learning process.
- Interactive scenarios & mini case studies. Each lesson contains an interactive scenario designed to test the learner’s understanding of the advice contained in the video lessons. At the end of each course a China-specific mini-case brings all elements of the package together.
- Applied learning and tasks. Trainees are given step-by-step guides to help them apply the lessons from the video to their own daily job. Applied Tasks measure the trainee’s ability to transmit the lessons from the course to their daily job. Applied tasks can be monitored and assessed by a remote facilitator.
